All of our services are available through telehealth
or in person, based on your preference.
Telehealth counseling is conducted through Doxy.me, a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth provider. Your therapist will provide your telehealth link to you after your appointment has been booked.
We are able to offer telehealth therapy to clients located within Washington State, Arizona, and Florida. If you are interested in therapy with us and are in a different state, please reach out to inquire whether we might be able to become licensed/endorsed to provide therapy in your state.

Our office is conveniently located in the University District at the University Business Center. You will enter a lobby on ground level to the left of the AMC theater entrance, where you will find an elevator to our offices. More detailed instructions will be provided to clients with scheduled in-person appointments or upon request.
Getting To Our Office
By car: Our office is easily accessible via I-5 at the 45th street exit. Free one-hour parking is available in the adjacent parking garage, and street parking is also available.
By light rail: Our office is a short walk (.3 miles) from the University District Light Rail station.
By bus: Our office is located right on the 20, 44, and 586 bus lines. Other lines with stops within a few blocks include: 31, 32, 48, 65, 67, and 372.
Katie also offers in-person clinical supervision, consulting, groups, and trainings (depending on number of attendees) at her home office in North Seattle. Address and scheduling information is available upon request.
